• Jason comes up with his own plan to save Sonny.
• Jason wants to accept the bargain deal that he sent Claire to tell Sonny
• Sam and Carly have strong reactions to Jason's decision.
• Sam starts to break down alone when Jason tells her it has to be done.
• Claire saves Carly and Sam a lot of grief when she tells Jason where he can put his offer to take the fall for Sonny.
• Jason puts the pressure on Carly to perform for Sonny.
• Jason is informed by Dante that Ronnie has located Michael.
• Jason phones Max to move Michael.
• Jason prepares Carly for taking the stand.
• Jason is confident Carly will be able to sell her pack of lies.
• Maxie tells Jason that Spin may not be the man of her dreams.

Sonny

• Claire informs Sonny that she'll leave his children alone if he agrees to plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter and five counts of RICO violations, which would put him in prison for 5 to 10 years.
• Sonny begins to seriously consider Claire's offer after a run-in with Morgan.
• Sonny rejects the deal
• Sonny visits Dante in jail and advises him to leave his job
• Morgan's testimony does little to shake up Sonny's case.

Alexis

• Alexis suspects Helena is up to no good.
• Alexis is arrested after confessing to Kiefer's hit and run.
• Mac releases Alexis on her own recognizance and assures her that the situation will be resolved quickly.
• Kiefer's mother lashes out at Kristina and Alexis.
• Alexis turns to Jax for help in trying to get through to the very, very angry Bauer's.
• Jax ends up threatening Warren after finding him harassing Kristina.
• Nikolas makes remarkable progress with a withdrawn Kristina.
• Warren confronts Mac over his leniency with Alexis.
• Alexis fears Kristina will make the same mistakes she did in her relationships with men

Lante

• Lulu confides in Carly.
• Dante is thrown in jail for contempt after going off on Claire for putting Morgan on the stand in the middle of the courtroom.
• Dante admits to Lulu that he's having second thoughts about his career path.

Lucky/Liz

• Luke questions the true motivation behind Lucky's apparent grudge against Ethan.
• Lucky gets a few unexpected visitors as he settles in at his new apartment.
