Jasam
- Jason decides he's going to confess to Claud's murder and the other charges and take Sonny's plea.
- Diane thinks it's a pretty awful idea, but helps Jason try to accomplish his goal. Claire turns Jason down.
- Claire offers Sonny a plea deal
- Sonny turns Claire down.
- Diane is thrilled, b/c she think offering the plea at all is saying your case is weak and Diane thinks she has it in the bag.
- Sonny's fate now lies in Carly's hands which makes Diane more than a little nervous understandably.
- Sonny ain't out of the woods yet.
- Dante faces a moral dilemma.
Alexis
- Mac thinks Alexis has come to him about Kristina's beating when she reveals she hit Kiefer with her car and kept on driving.
- Mac thinks she's not thinking straight.
- He releases her on her own recognizance, and promises to help her/Kristina get past this quickly.
- Kiefer's mom blasts Alexis/Kristina.
- His father later harasses Kristina which enrages Jax.
- Jax threatents to destroy Warren if he continues on that path.
- Warren wants Alexis to pay.
- He confronts Mac about his attitude towards Alexis. S
- Alexis will face the aftermath, not just from Kiefer's family but emotionally.
